Family Physician, Permanent Full-time – Bramalea Family Practice Opportunity Family Practice position for one permanent full time (30 to 40 hours/week) family medicine physician in an established clinic in east Brampton, (25 Peel Centre Drive, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 3R5) with large number of patients. Successful candidate will establish a family medicine practice which includes examination of patients, prescribing and administering medications and treatments, managing patient care, and advising patients on health care. Candidates must be fluent in oral and written English. Candidates must be eligible for professional liability insurance and have a basic security clearance. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; work under pressure; attention to detail. Essential Skills: Reading text; writing; communication; working with others; problem solving; decision making; critical thinking; task planning and organizing; computer use, continuous learning. Anticipated start date: As soon as possible. Education & Credentials: University degree, Doctor of Medicine with specialization in family medicine, and licensed or eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario. Experienced or newly licensed physicians are eligible. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
